How can I contact Funky Balloons?

You can purchase online any time of the day, seven days a week. However if there are any queries you have not covered by our FAQ or other pages, please click Contact Us for options to contact our Balloon Artists.

Do you have a Minimum order that must be purchased for delivery?

Yes, $45.00 worth of products plus delivery cost is the minimum allowed for a delivered order.

What is your cut-off time for same day delivery?

We offer a convenient same day delivery service if your order is placed online prior to 10:00AM AEST/AEDT.

To expedite your order quickly and efficiently we ask that you place your order online as phone bookings are more time consuming for us and will attract a 'Same Day Manual Process Fee'.

Where do you deliver?

Simple! Just click Delivery Prices & Info for delivery suburbs and associated costs.

Do you have pick up available?

At present we are an online hand-delivery service only. All products available online are in stock.

Can I send a gift anonymously?

Funky Balloons acts in accordance with Australia's Privacy Laws, if your name is not on the gift card and the recipient wants to know who sent the balloons, we will not reveal exactly who you are without your permission.

Your billing details are never revealed to the recipient, the only information they receive is their delivery address, the gift card message and delivery instructions you put in the box at checkout. If you'd like to remain anonymous please ensure that you do not include your details in these areas.

What if the recipient is not home?

Our best advice is to please ensure someone is at the destination on the day of delivery.

We ask that you leave the recipient's landline or mobile number with us at checkout.

Should we not be able to get in contact with the recipient our driver will leave the balloons in the safest possible area at the designated address, or even a neighbour.

In the unlikely event the balloons cannot be left safely, a redelivery/redirection fee will apply depending on the new delivery address. This can be costly as the couriers charge for their time in both returning and redelivering the balloons, and it cannot be guaranteed for the same day.

How do I know my balloons have been delivered?

By placing your order online with us you will receive an email when the balloons have been delivered.

How long will the balloons last?

At Funky Balloons we use the highest quality balloons available. Combine this with a product called Hi-Float (non toxic liquid plastic gel) we guarantee your balloon gift will last 3 to 5 days but if the balloons are kept inside in constant environmental conditions they will float for a lot longer.

Please note Hi-Float is not used in our air-filled options, or in options sold with a 12 hour float time.

Can I design my own balloon bouquet?

The Funky Balloons website has a large selection of predesigned balloon bouquets for your convenience which allow you to view the final product in full and place orders quickly.

If however, you cannot find what you are looking for, please feel free to contact us however be aware manual bookings may attract a processing fee.

Can I change my mind after placing the order?

If you contact us before your balloons has been dispatched from our store, we can amend or cancel your order depending on the timing of your request.
